Offerings

I work with adults individuals, adolescents, couples, and families throughout the state of California via remote video sessions. My fee is $150-175. While I do not accept insurance, I am able to offer some low-income clients a lower fee based on a sliding scale.

Individual Therapy

Working with both adults and adolescents, I personalize therapy to meet each individual where they are at and tailor our sessions together to their unique strengths and needs. People often seek therapy when they find themselves up against significant new challenges or feel called to change deep-rooted patterns that are no longer serving them. Sometimes, particular phases of life call us to address underlying issues that we were able to ignore for years. I specialize in helping individuals with depression, low self-esteem, attachment issues, relationship problems, grief, anxiety, and childhood trauma. If you are looking for individual therapy, I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation.

Couples Therapy

My work with couples is rooted in attachment theory. I help couples foster empathy for one another and compassion for themselves, as we explore how one’s early childhood experiences of relationships impacts their romantic relationships in the present day. Additionally, I teach couples skills for healthy communication, including helping each person learn how to communicate their wants and needs in a way that their partner can best understand. I believe couples therapy can be beneficial at any stage in a relationship, from dating and premarital counseling to navigating the challenges of creating a family to the painful process of considering if parting ways is ultimately in the best interest of the couple. If you and your partner are looking for support, I would be happy to offer you a free consultation to explore if my approach is right for you.

Therapy for Parents

The process of parenting is full of not only distinct challenges, but also unique opportunities to work on oneself, break harmful generational patterns, and heal unresolved childhood pain. I am passionate about working with parents, as I believe parents (as well as their children) benefit tremendously from learning how to practice self-compassion and getting support in addressing the many challenges that arise in the process of raising children. Additionally, I  work with parents to understand each child’s developmental phase, which not only calls upon them to meet their child’s needs in different ways, but also triggers unprocessed emotions from when the parent themselves was in the same developmental phase. I encourage you to reach out for a free consultation, if you are looking for therapeutic support as a parent.
